The space We have 6 type C apartments, each with two bedrooms, an open kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, kettle and toaster and between 65 m² and 85 m² in size. The furnished terrace directly on the lake, shower/toilet. Free Wi-Fi in all our apartments. We can offer our guests a coin-operated washing machine and dryer - right in the complex. All our apartments have different amenities and layouts as they are located in a historic building. The complex is located on the outskirts of Leutershausen directly on the lake. In the complex there is a natural swimming pool, with sun loungers, a children's playground for children up to 6 years and a trampoline. Right in the Thomasmühle, you can indulge in massages in our "Vitalis" health center. Please be sure to request directly when booking. Fishing is possible right at your doorstep. Guest access The natural swimming pond and a small playground are available to our guests. One parking space per apartment is included. Other things to note We offer our guests a laundry package for €15/person. It includes a hand towel/shower towel and bed linens (covered). Payment is made on site. Please let us know at least 5 days before your arrival if you would like to book this. The towel change is always free of charge.
