Private, secluded and secure self contained accommodation in the 19th century Granary located in a conservation area in the idyllic village of Cublington. The space The Granary was built in 1847 and converted to a home in 1976. The space comprises a large double bedroom, en-suite shower, toilet and sauna as well as access and use of the private gardens. Reads Lane is a conservation area and abundant in wildlife with many public footpaths and walks. The village of Cublington also has an award winning pub and restaurant - the Unicorn, a 15th century church and a thriving tennis and cricket club. This space does not have a sink in kitchen area and is therefore ideal for short stays. Water is obtained in Sauna/Shower room. Breakfast is a complementary starter pack of bread, cereal, milk and juice. Nearest towns/shops are Wing (3 miles) and Whitchurch (3 miles). Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the private gardens, accessible from entrance to the apartment. There is ample parking. During your stay We have a Labrador Retriever, gentle and affectionate nature. If guests have challenges with dogs please do not book this accommodation. Other things to note Ideal location to get to Bicester Retail Village by car or train from Aylesbury, visit Oxford and Birmingham by train or motorway via the M40. M25 only 25 minutes away to get into London or take a fast train from Leighton Buzzard to London Euston (36 minutes fast service).
