Within walking distance are fishing, horse riding, walking, pubs, restaurants, local shops, bus stops. riding stables, museums, leisure facilities, soft play areas, castles, nature reserves, universities & more. There are takeaways and a good choice of supermarkets. There are 2 play areas for a range of ages and a river walk opposite the house as well as several pubs, a Co-op and fish and chip shop within walking distance. Nearby are several theatres and cinemas. The RSC Royal Shakespeare Company has its centre at Stratford upon Avon, the Warwick Arts Centre has many events every day, the Birmingham Symphony and Ballet have active programmes and there are many film centres.
