Rent a pontoon for personal use and enjoy the peaceful private lake with limited boat traffic. Just a short drive from Grand Rapids, Lansing, and Big Rapids, this is the perfect place to create lasting family memories. Pearl Beach features 2 Master Bedrooms with King Size Beds, 2 additional bedrooms, child-friendly amenities, and 4 kayaks for exploring the lakes. Relax on the sandy bottom beach, swim platform, or water raft. Fish from the dock or grill on the deck while enjoying the sunset. The owners have cherished memories on this lake and hope you will too. With wide doors, ramped entrance, handicap rails, and easy access to the dock, everyone can enjoy this beautiful retreat. Your eight (8) closest family, friends, plus your dreams, are all welcome here. The neighbors are in close proximity, so we can not accept an additional visitors than eight (8)people the home sleeps. Guest access Freshwater Vacation Rentals will email your arrival/departure instructions with door/lock box code. You will let yourselves in and out. There just isn't enough parking, and the appropriate ATV trails are not nearby. You must drive super-slow on this single lane street. . (There is NO space for extra cars, trailers, or on road parking). Pets: Not Allowed Smoking: Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the home. Space: This property has neighbors in very close proximity. We can only welcome a maximum of 8 people on the property at any time. Therefore, additional visitors cannot be welcomed.
