A house. Located on Lake Rudbol. Right on the German-Danish border in Denmark. Pets are allowed upon request. The space The house is fully finished. On the ground floor. Kitchen with table and chairs. One bedroom with double bed. A large room with a stove. Heating and hot water with electricity. Bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Bathroom with sink, toilet and shower and a whirlpool. On the top floor Two bedrooms with double bed. One with solarium. One bedroom with two single beds. TV with Danish and German channels. Linens and towels are to be brought or can be rented for 15 each. The final cleaning price also includes a €100 deposit for electricity costs. Electricity consumption is read and billed on arrival and departure. At the varying local price.
