The space Sleeping four and situated on the 2nd floor with lift (just above Ca’ Del Monastero 2), the apartment comprises a warm, welcoming and heavily beamed open-plan sitting/dining room - home to an L-shaped sofa and a dining suite seating four. Just to the side lies the fully-fitted and well-equipped kitchen/breakfast room with a table for two for ‘colazione per due’, while further along sits a bijou beamed twin bedroom with two single beds (1 a ‘pull-out’). At the apartment’s farthest end sits the elegant master bedroom with double bed which echoes the style of the other rooms with its splendid beams and muted taupe shades, while the apartment’s extra-large bathroom with large shower (and even a tiny terrace of its own!) lies to the rear. Please note that the operation of air-conditioning and heating are subject to municipality regulation. In general, heating is available from mid-October to mid-April, while air-conditioning is available from mid-April to mid-October.
