Hargate Hall is on the edge of the quiet village of Wormhill located between Buxton, Tideswell and Bakewell. It's a great base from which to explore this stunning part of the Peak District. The building has been divided into 12 self catering apartments. Hardwick apartment on the 1st floor and has a living area, 1 bedroom and a shower room. The space The Hardwick apartment offers: - First floor apartment - The apartment is best suited for 2 people, but can sleep 4 - 1 Bedroom with a double bed and a raised mezzanine with 2 mattresses on it (aimed at teenagers) - Shower room, washbasin and WC. - a cot can just fit in the bedroom but is better in the living room. - A living area with sofa and armchair, dining table and a fully fitted kitchen area. the kitchen has all the usual cooking appliances you would expect, including electric oven and hob, microwave, and fridge. it also has plenty of crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware. - There is plenty of space for parking. - There are 7 acres of grounds which gives a mix of terraced area with picnic tables, lawns, woodland, and natural grassland to encourage wildlife. The central heated is provided by conventional radiators, and there is a thermostat in the apartment to control this. The mezzanine sleeping is aimed at teenagers - ladder access to a raised mezzanine with about 4ft head height from the mezzanine floor to the ceiling. Guest access You will have exclusive use of your apartment which is self contained, and access to the communal areas of the rest of the building. There are 7 acres of grounds which you can also explore. Other things to note Wifi – we provide free wifi however as the Peak District is in a beautiful rural location sometimes there can be intermittent wifi signal that is beyond our control. Mobile phone signal is generally good in the area.
