Please read description & house rules. Double room available in a house located 3.8 miles from the city ctr. House has a back garden Bathroom -shower ( no bath avail) Toiletries avail. Basic breakfast items available ( eg. Cereal, milk, bread, tea and coffee) This is not a posh residency No MICROWAVE Shared: Bathroom and kitchen Living room-PRIVATE The house is located 10 min from: Strelley village, local shops. stret parking House has resident cats x Please close all door quietly No guests The space It is peaceful ( I hope :) and warm house, close to all amenities. Please note: no microwave. Electric shower available, however due to water being heated with Solar panels, hot baths are not available during winter months due to lack of sun Easy access to city ctr. House is close to a beautiful village with lovely walks and a pub. Guest access Shared bathroom and kitchen area During your stay I am always available to answer any questions guest may have. I don't mind company but like to give people a space/unlike my cats :) Other things to note I would like for everyone who stays at my house to feel peaceful and relaxed please note: I have a right to access the room, if I feel it's necessary, eg locked cat, or safety issue.
