Entire apartment, nothing shared. Simple environment but with design. The entire building is in top-of-the-line rustic porcelain, with porcelain baseboards and countertops. Decoration with special burnt cement textures, lighting with LED effects, blackout curtains, furnished. The living room accommodates two single beds (one being an auxiliary) or a double bed, the bedroom accommodates 1 double bed + 1 mobile auxiliary single bed, in circulation. We have TV in the bedroom of this unit The space The decor is versatile in a compact space and prepared according to the number of guests. We ask that you take a good look at the number of furniture items and how the guest will be organized. Most beds and sofas have an auxiliary bed underneath. This unit comfortably accommodates up to the maximum number -1. After this quantity, the beds are arranged in improvised locations. We provide basic bed and bath linens, and we advise bringing extras for demanding guests. Guest access Everything here is private to the guest and their family, we do not work with shared units. Parking is external, below the building's windows. Other things to note Let us know about anything unforeseen; we are attentive and always happy to help. Meals, garage, air-conditioning, washing machine and gas are extra à la carte services, and must be requested prior to booking. We reserve the right to discontinue these services when we are in the building's maintenance period. This unit has ventilation to the side of the building, not giving a view to the front street.
