The house is in the center of Frutillar Alto, Villa Sajonia is a safe, quiet, clean place, you can walk there, (I also have a Rent a Car in case you need that service) everything is close, supermarkets, restaurant, bus terminal 4 minutes by car to the beach, Llanquihue Lake, Teatro del Lago, in Frutillar bajo and walking you reach it in 20 minutes. Everyone is welcome, even pets. You can read our visitors' comments The space The house is very clean, cozy, safe, and just like the photos. It is built of wood, 2 bedrooms, has a fence-bar with a key, vehicle entrance, pellet heating which makes it very comfortable and practical to temper the house completely, wifi that has worked perfectly, easy access to all services, it has everything you need for a pleasant stay in Frutillar, a city recently chosen by UNESCO as a creative city of music. Guest access The house is individual, closed and private, I have a car rental per day if required. The whole house is available to guests, it has parking and the neighborhood is so safe that most of those who live there leave their vehicles outside. Other things to note I have a backyard, with a complete perimeter fence, a place for grilling and being outdoors or indoors, we want everyone to take the best memory of their stay at our house and in Frutillar.
