Guest access You will have exclusive use of the apartment and shared use of the beautiful rear garden terrace area Other things to note Ventnor is the most beautiful spot on the island, partly because the downs and hills that make up the area and afford lovely views in every direction. But please bear in mind that Ventnor is hilly and therefore all the properties are on a slop to some degree or another. Clarence House has a few long shallow steps from the road up to the house. The entrance to the apartments is up some steps through the garden that is at the rear of the property.
