This beautiful and bright two-room apartment is perfect for 2 people, but also still suitable for 3 adults or parents with 2 children. It is extremely comfortable and fully furnished. You sit comfortably, you will sleep well, you can cook deliciously and enjoy sun and air on 2 terraces as well as in the garden. And if you need to work on the computer, a strong Wi-Fi will help you. The apartment is also suitable for longer stays (e.g. due to relocation or job change) The space The apartment is completely newly furnished as a vacation home. It is bright, modern, functional. We have furnished it extremely comfortably, e.g. with a large box-spring bed in the bedroom, in which there is also a cozy reading corner. Both in the kitchen and in the living room there is a dining table with 4 comfortable chairs each. In the living room, you will find a corner sofa that can be converted into a double bed, where you can sit comfortably and lie well. Large TV with cable connection, CD radio with DAB, Wi-Fi, clock radio in the bedroom, good light, etc. are a matter of course. The patio doors and windows are equipped with external blinds, and the windows also have fly screens. The bathroom has a window and the shower has a glass partition. In the kitchen you will find the 4-burner electric stove, oven, dishwasher, hand mixer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, glasses, dishes, pots and pans with all the trimmings for 6 people. Guest access The apartment is entered through its own front door. It is located on the first floor of the 2-family house, where we also live as your hosts. You have your own garden, in front of the living room the south-facing wooden terrace with awning and wooden furniture, outside in front of the kitchen another outdoor seating area with a table where you can have a very nice breakfast in the morning sun. Your car is in its own parking space right outside your front door. You can park your bicycles in a parking space in the garden or by arrangement in our shed. There is also a connection for charging the e-bikes. By arrangement, we offer you the use of the washing machine and dryer in the basement.
