Amenities include a flat-screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, cozy seating area, leather couch, modern wellness shower, towels, bed linen, etc. My luxurious non-smoking apartment is the ideal home for your vacation time in spring, summer, fall and winter. Enjoy the familiar and cozy atmosphere of my house with the quiet terrace, with access to the well-kept garden. Here the Lamer Winkel is at your feet. The panorama of our eight-thousanders inspires the most beautiful excursions and hikes in the surrounding mountains, especially on our beautiful local mountain, the Osser. You can go hiking directly from your accommodation. An information folder about excursions, free guided hikes of the tourist information Lamer Winkel, events and dining options in the village is also at your disposal. The ski resort of Großer Arber or ski resort Eck-Riedelstein and the cross-country skiing centers can be reached in winter by ski bus and in summer by hiking bus free of charge with "GUTI" the guest card. After an eventful day, the panoramic terrace invites you to linger and relax, or you can spend a  cozy barbecue evening. Our house leaves nothing to be desired. Towels and bed linens are at your disposal free of charge. If you need laundry facilities, you are welcome to use the washing machine. I also offer free Internet, as well as a fresh breakfast roll service on request. Parking space available. My house is located in a beautiful south-facing location, close to the center and yet quiet. In just a 5-minute walk you can reach the marketplace with church, shopping, restaurants and eateries.  I waive a final cleaning fee. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Our apartment has been classified by the DTV (German Tourism Association) with 5 stars! I would love to host you at my house.
