Thanks to its location right in the center and close to the pier, the marina, and the beach, your charming apartment offers you all the advantages for a relaxing and varied vacation. The space Small but nice... Apartment 12 in the “Residenz Ostseewind” measures 30 square meters and is ideally suited for up to 2 people. The living area is tastefully furnished and equipped with a cozy sofa and 2 armchairs. A flat-screen TV and a radio with CD player ensure plenty of entertainment in your own little nook of happiness. The comfortable double bed guarantees a good night's sleep, so you can start a new, eventful day of your vacation feeling rested. You can conveniently store your vacation wardrobe in the built-in closet provided. Adjacent to this is the fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find all the kitchen utensils that a modern kitchen should have. In January 2021, the flooring in the living and kitchen area was replaced. There is now a bright vinyl floor with a beech look. The apartment includes a bright, naturally lit bathroom with a toilet, sink, heated towel rail, and a bathtub. Of course, the shower enclosure also allows you to enjoy a refreshing shower. You can conveniently store your luggage in the storage room in the hallway. We ask that you please refrain from smoking in this vacation home out of consideration for other guests. Unfortunately, you are not allowed to accompany your four-legged friends. You can reach the Kübomare wellness and leisure oasis (swimming pool) in about a 5-minute walk. The apartment has a parking space right by the house (no height restriction). You can park your bikes in the lockable bicycle room. Other things to note Final cleaning is included in the price. The initial linen set (bed linens and towels) can be booked for an additional fee of €25.00 per person. If you would like this option, we ask you to let us know at least two days before arrival. Please note that the tourist tax must be paid on the day of arrival. Guests 16 years or older pay €3.00 per night from May 1st to September 30th and €1.60 per night from October 1st to April 30th. Children under 16 do not need a spa card. The tourist tax is paid on the day of arrival at our office. You have the option to pay with a debit card.
