Tiny House in Hohenwestedt Our cozy little vacation home comfortably accommodates 2 people. If you move a little closer together, there is even room for 1-2 more people (e.g. for slightly older children). Our house is a no smoking home. The space Amenities Our house offers running hot water, electricity and is heated with a gas stove. The windows on the first floor can all be closed with shutters (some electric), except for a small one. Basic equipment with dish towels, dishcloths, dishwashing detergent, cleaning and disinfecting agents, cleaning cloths and vacuum cleaner is provided. A fan is available in summer. Ventilation is also possible at any time via windows equipped with fly screens and a separable door. Living area The dining area can accommodate 4 people - on the terrace there are additional seating options (bench, chairs, two tables - one extendable, one very large). The couch can be pulled out, so that there is a sleeping option for 1-2 people (futon mattress 140 x 200). There are also DVD players including a selection of DVDs and a radio. Children's games (board games, puzzles, Lego/Playmobil), books for children & adults are available and may be used. Unfortunately, the satellite reception is currently not working, due to a tree that has become too large and needs to be trimmed by the park management. Sleeping loft A fixed ladder leads to the sleeping loft built under the sloping roof (no standing height) with two small windows and two cold foam mattresses (80 × 200 & 100 × 200), on which particularly older children from elementary school age feel comfortable (not suitable for toddlers). The sleeping loft is open to the living room and comfortably furnished with fairy lights and seat cushions, so that children will not only stay up there to sleep. All beds are equipped with pillows and quilts (note for allergy sufferers: no feather duvets). Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave with grill function, coffee maker, electric stove/oven with 4 hotplates, sink, kettle, toaster, dishes & cutlery as well as a basic supply of coffee, tea bags, salt/pepper, sugar, vinegar/oil and spices. Bedrooms The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (7-zone comfort cold foam mattress 160 × 200). The shutters on the window allow you to completely darken the bedroom, so that even late risers or small children are not disturbed by the morning sun. A built-in closet and a small wardrobe in the hallway for storing clothes and suitcases are available. Bathroom The bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower. It can be heated quickly by a heater if needed. Hairdryer, hand soap, and toilet paper are available. Look forward to a lovely stay in our small but nice vacation home. There is a large covered terrace with a large table and garden furniture. A hammock and deck chairs invite you to relax. A fire basket can be used for a cozy fire in the evening. A grill is also provided. Guest access For stress-free arrival/departure, we have a key safe on site. Other things to note The tiny house is located in a local recreation area - there are special quiet times, loud celebrations/parties are not allowed according to park regulations
