Clydeside Villa is a well-appointed holiday home boasting spectacular sea views across the Clyde Estuary. Set in a picturesque waterfront location in Dunoon, it’s an ideal base for exploring Argyll, Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park and the Scottish Highlands. The space Clydeside Villa is a spacious five-bedroom holiday home sleeping up to 10 guests, with spectacular views across the Clyde Estuary. With generous living spaces, a large outdoor deck and an undercover hot tub, it’s particularly well suited to families and groups of friends looking to spend time together in the Cowal Peninsula, West Coast Scotland. The ground-floor entrance hall leads into a large open-plan living area, where comfortable seating and wide windows make the most of the sea views. There is also a conservatory providing a second living space and another place to sit back and enjoy the outlook. From here, doors lead directly onto the large rear deck and outdoor hot tub. The separate dining room comfortably seats 10 guests, while the spacious kitchen is modern and well equipped for preparing meals during your stay. A separate utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer and sink, with access to the rear garden. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with sea views and a separate WC. Upstairs are four further bedrooms. The master bedroom is a highlight, with its own private balcony overlooking the Clyde and a generous ensuite bathroom. There are two additional double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, as well as a large family bathroom with a separate bath and shower. Outside, the large deck provides plenty of space to relax and enjoy time together. Outdoor furniture is provided, and the undercover hot tub is a lovely spot to unwind at the end of the day while enjoying the surroundings. Hot tub rules and conditions apply.
