Rural idyll, a few minutes drive from Marburg Modernly furnished ground floor apartment (2 rooms and hallway for max. 4 pers.) with large, covered terrace, kitchenette and dining area. Large daylight bathroom and extra guest toilet. The space Apartment and vacation rental "Am Roten Wasser" A wonderfully spacious apartment for 1 to 4 people (79 m²) in a quiet location on the outskirts of the field, modern and cozy. You will stay in Schönstadt, a district of Cölbe. In a few minutes, you are in the university town of Marburg. The very large living room/bedroom (1-2 pers.) with fully equipped open kitchen and integrated dining area leads directly to the large, covered terrace. From here you can see the park-like garden with old trees, the stream (red water) and a pond. In the separate second room there is enough space for two additional guests. A garden door leads onto a little extra patio. Each room has its own TV with cable connection. According to your wishes, sleep in single or double beds. The spacious daylight bath has two sinks, toilet, bidet and shower. In addition, you have a second extra guest toilet with laundry at your disposal. You can store your sports equipment in a lockable common area. A free parking space is available directly at the apartment at the property.
