An enchanting venue, in Tuscan style rustic artistic surroundings, oozing with beauty and charm. Perched high up on the hill-top of the Carmel Hill range our home has breathtaking panoramic sea views of the coast and exotic Mediterranean countryside. Conveniently located on the Northern Cliff of the Upscale Givat Eden neighborhood of Zichron Yaacov your overlooking all the wonderful countryside yet very near all the local attractions. Artistically designed for the lover of art and nature. From the lounge you can see the magnificent view, which leads out to the very large balcony. Here you can sit and have a meal around our hand made Moroccan dinning table, and just relax and enjoy the Panoramic view. We have a designer made Castile washed wood kitchen in great country style chic. Olive rustic Slate floors and high wooden ceilings. Huge master bedroom with en suite bathroom and a comfortable double bed. The main house is detached and here you have your privacy yet it’s conveniently only 5 minutes from near shops. Very close to all major highways north and south. Away from the crowds perched high up on a little piece of heaven. The nearby beaches are beautiful and great for sunbathing, swimming, sea sports and exploring. For the adventurous, you will find paragliding, sea kayaking at the Ceaseare beach and sapping or deep sea diving. There are parks and nature reserves nearby perfect for hiking and biking. Great outdoor amphitheatre performances take place in the summer at Gan Hanadiv (and they are free)in Zichron Yaacov, or Caesarea 10minutes away and Shuny in Binyamina. Our home is the perfect retreat to come back to and sit down with a great glass of Rothschild wine (produced in Zichron) after your have toured around or simply spend a relaxing day taking in the spectacular views. Please note: If you are staying for more than 3 nights the electricity is not included in the rental price and the cost will be charged in addition to the rental price. Other things to note The Main house has a very large Master Suit which is perfect for 2 adults. If you are more than 2 we have in addition a charming garden unit to rent on its own private terrace 10 steps away from the main house, with a double bed, kitchenette and shower room. Please let us know if you are 2 or 4 so we can send you prices accordingly. The house is a great romantic getaway. Marriage proposals, brit, baby showers, and many other happy celebrations have taken place in the house with its magical energy. Our home can also be rented for small intimate family parties, and other celebrations (at various rates please ask for quote). In close proximity there are so many wonderful activities to participate in like horse riding along the sea shore, open air concerts, scuba diving and water sports, we speak both Hebrew and English fluently.
