Situated on the Corinthian Gulf Riviera between the sea and the pine forest, this cozy and welcoming 8 bedroom villa made of stone is the ideal place for you to rest and have fun during your vacations in Greece with your family and/or friends! You will be delighted to enjoy the wonderful unobstructed views of this mansion, which is built a mere 3 m from the seashore! The space This home features: •3 master bedrooms •3 fully equipped kitchens •2 dining rooms •2 living rooms •6 bathrooms •1 one bed bedroom, •2 two-bed bedroom •1 four-bed bungalow •The washing machine and ironing kit are placed in a designated room outside the main home, to ensure a serene environment. •The living room can accommodate 6 extra people if need be. •The balconies and verandas can be used to access the wonderful garden, or if you choose you could use the extra exterior dining tables to enjoy your meals with a view! Feel free to experience a siesta like no other by using the hammock provided! •Depending on your sleeping preferences, most of the beds can be brought together or apart to accommodate our guests that wish to sleep in proximity or apart. • All bedrooms have aircons. • Upon request, separate lodging options could be provided for a single member of staff that may be travelling with you. • The radiators won’t be turned on during your stay between April & October. This policy is part of our “Stay Green” initiative. Guest access •A wonderful bio-garden full of fruit bearing trees and herbs will add to your amazing experience! Depending on the season, feel free to grab some oranges from the trees and make yourself the tastiest orange juice you have ever had! Alternatively, grab some lemons, tangerines, apricots, medlars, figs, olives, or grapes, and enjoy the unique tastes that the Greek nature offers! •Greek therapeutic mountain tea, marjoram, lavender, basil, spearmint and other herbs are also growing in abundance in the garden! Feel free to make hot or ice tea out of them, and benefit from their unique natural properties. •Moreover, in case you fancy nice family or friend lunches or dinners, our exterior, traditional, made out of stone BBQ facilities will get you excited! Cook your favourite meats or veggies using the grills, or if you fancy making a traditional pizza, feel free to use the wood fuelled oven! •If you are a tennis enthusiast, the tennis court facility will certainly keep you entertained. Tennis rackets and balls are provided! The tennis court also doubles as a basketball court, for our basketball loving guests! The floodlights can only be used up to 11 pm out of respect for our neighbors & quiet hours. They will automatically switch off. •There are also 3 bicycles available on the property in order for you to explore the surrounding area in an eco friendly way. •Finally, whether you are just returning from the sea, or have just finished an exciting tennis match, feel free to use the outside-showers to cool down, relax and renew your energy for the rest of the day!
