Eco-friendly Cottage in Heart of the South Downs

Ideally situated just off the South Downs Way, this eco-friendly cottage, with wood pellet boiler and solar water heating, has been newly refurbished as a holiday destination. Sleeping up to four, in a combination of doubles or singles, with two bathrooms, it would make the ideal base for exploring the nearby area. Local attractions include Monks House, Drusilla’s, Glyndebourne, the County Town of Lewes, Cuckmere Haven, Brighton and many many more. There is also a convenient pub just 100m away! The space This cosy cottage includes private accommodation for up to 4 people. It is situated on a quiet dead-end road with more walkers, cyclists and horses than cars! The main bedroom upstairs has an small en-suite shower room. The bed can either be one large super-king double or two standard-sized singles. The second bedroom is downstairs. It has a king-size double which alternatively can be split into two narrow singles. The main bathroom is also downstairs and has a bath as well as a shower. There is a small but well-equipped kitchen and surprisingly spacious living room, with a wood burner. Outside there is a pretty courtyard garden entirely surrounded by a tall wall so completely secure if you'd like to bring your dog with you. There is a table and chairs, bbq and sun loungers. There is no dedicated parking but it is always easy to find a space on the road only a little further up the hill.
