Living & Dining Area The living room is particularly spacious and receives plenty of daylight through several windows and glass doors. Terrace & Balcony The apartment offers two separate outdoor areas. The main terrace, accessed directly from the kitchen, provides generous outdoor space for enjoying sunny days and views towards the Atlantic. It includes: - Outdoor seating area - Sun lounger - Ocean views A second, smaller balcony connects to the living room and includes a table and chairs overlooking the coast. Kitchen The separate kitchen is spacious and opens directly onto the main terrace. It is equipped for preparing meals during your stay and includes: - Gas cooktop and oven - Fridge with freezer - Microwave - Coffee machine - Washing machine - Plenty of storage Glass doors at the far end of the kitchen lead directly onto the terrace and frame the Atlantic beyond. Some occasional traffic or train noise may therefore be heard, particularly with the windows open. - The green area and children's playground visible in front of the apartment are public/shared outdoor spaces and are not part of the property. - Free parking is available nearby, but there is no reserved parking space and availability may vary. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. ￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. ￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. ￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. ￫ Check-out must be done until 11am.
