Our house is very quiet at the end of a cul-de-sac next to a meadow and a small forest. You can reach the Great Plön Lake in just a few minutes on foot. The attic, in which the apartment is located, has 3 bedrooms, 1 large kitchen/living room with balcony (southwest-facing), 1 bathroom and 1 small laundry room. A large kettle grill (charcoal) is available on the balcony. The space Room facilities: Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (220 cm x 180 cm) Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (200 cm x 180 cm) Bedroom 3: 1 single bed (210 cm x 100 cm), 1 single bed (200 cm x 100 cm), 1 extra bed (200 cm x 90 cm) The 3rd single bed is an extra bed (slatted frame on rollers, see pictures) We shall supply on request a children's travel bed for your little ones (sleeping place no. 8). Washing machine, dishwasher, fridge (2x), freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, waffle iron TV, DVD, stereo system, Spotify, Netflix The apartment was extensively renovated in early 2018 and is now rented on behalf of Hannah and Jacob Almon. The ground floor is inhabited by a young family who will help you with any questions. Property size: approx. 3000 sqm If you come with an electric car, you can charge your vehicle at our wallbox at cost price. Please contact us if you would like to use our wallbox. Guest access The swimming area in Godau (jetty) invites you to swim. The water quality is regularly checked and is excellent.
