This small cozy cabin in the Smoky Mountains features 2 bedrooms (master and loft), 2 full bathrooms, (small stand up showers), fully equipped kitchen, and charming outdoor spaces including a private hot tub and community pool (open seasonally). The space After enjoying all the fun activities the area has to offer, you can count on Grit & Grace for a cozy atmosphere to rest and recharge. Whether you are looking for a dip in the hot tub, watching a movie or enjoying games and conversation by the fireplace, Grit & Grace provides you space to relax and energize for your next adventure. Featuring a comfortable front porch, and a side deck that houses the hot tub, (there is not a rear deck), you are sure to enjoy the feel of the mountain air while you relax and plan for the next activity you tackle in Pigeon Forge. Guest access This cabin is owner operated. You will get a door code before check in. No need to meet anyone for keys! Other things to note The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! There is not a washer and dryer in the cabin. If needed, Smoky Mountain coin laundry is a short 1.7 miles away off of the main parkway in Pigeon Forge. (2542 McGill St, Pigeon Forge, TN 37863) Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $150. A copy of the primary renter's driver license will be needed to book. This is for the safety of our home. Minimum age to rent is 24. There is a security camera on the front porch.
