The space A pretty apartment with two rooms on the fourth floor of the Ostsee-Residenz awaits you. The apartment is about 45 m². It is located on the land side, i.e. from your own balcony you can enjoy the view of the countryside and the sunset. There is no carpet in the apartment! It is tiled and provided with high-quality vinyl flooring: ideal for allergy sufferers, families with children and/or animals. Of course, we offer a final cleaning service as well as on-site support in the event of problems. The special thing about this vacation home is definitely the location. The Baltic Sea residence is located directly at the marina in Damp. The place, which was known as "Damp 2000" in the 1980s, offers a wide range of leisure and wellness facilities for young and old after a realignment as the Baltic Sea Resort Damp. All of this is within walking distance from your accommodation: - 50-100 m to the beach. There is a dog beach where your four-legged friend can romp around to their heart's content. - Edeka and pizzeria are just a stone's throw away - Adventure pool with sauna area about 350 meters Also: climbing halls, skate park, mini golf course, water sports, entertainment with children's disco on the beach, gym and much more.... - You can park your car in your own parking space in the collective parking lot that belongs to the house, so that you can return home relaxed after a trip to one of the attractive destinations in the surrounding area (Schlei, zoo, Kiel).
