Caen, quiet 2-room annex house + small garden

I welcome you to the house next to mine, renovated in 2018. The 2-room main accommodation has no steps; you enter directly into the living room, with sitting area and kitchen area. At the back are the bathroom and bedroom. Quiet neighborhood, close to the center on foot (15/20 min) Shops (bakery, supermarket, tobacco) 4 minutes away. Free street parking The property is fully disinfected between 2 tenants. Weekly discount. The space The accommodation was refurbished in 2018, it is on one level. Quiet, it is composed of a living room, with equipped kitchen area. You have access to the courtyard in front of the accommodation and you can enjoy the outdoors, a garden table is at your disposal. At the back, you have the bedroom, overlooking the garden, bed sheets are provided and towels as well. The bathroom includes a shower, sink with storage and toilet. The kitchen includes fridge, dishwasher, oven and microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle, you have dishes, and cooking utensils at your disposal as well as basic foods (salt pepper oil vinegar sugar coffee tea pasta) I am fortunate to live in a quiet neighborhood, and close to all amenities. Guest access I stay in the main house and the Airbnb guest accommodation is adjoining and has independent access. It is perfectly isolated, and there is no noise between the two accommodations. Other things to note CAEN is a pretty city in the heart of Normandy, an ideal stopover allowing you to discover the landing beaches (less than half an hour), Bayeux and its famous tapestry, Mont-Saint-Michel, the Auge region, Deauville, Honfleur, Cabourg, etc.
