Your own Lakeview house - with swimming pool

With a great view over the lake Mälaren and the surrounding nature, our countryside house offer you peace and quiet. However, Stockholm City is only 40min away and Arlanda airport can be reached in 15min. Please be advised that the house is located in the countryside and use of a rental car is preferred. The swimming pool is open mid May-mid Sept. We ourselves live right next door and although we respect your privacy, we are always here to answer any questions you might have! The space Your own house in the middle of a nature reserve, yet close to Stockholm (40min), Arlanda Airport ARN (15min), Uppsala (40min) and Sigtuna (5min). NYO Airport is 2h away, Bromma Airport 50min away and VST airport is 1h away. Our place is most easily reached by car but there is a bus stop 2km away. You can look over the lake of Mälaren from the house (200m away) and also take a swim in the large heated swimming pool (the pool is generally open between May and September, please ask us if in any doubt). 1 double-size bed on the sleeping loft (12 cm mattress on the floor). The stairs leading up to the loft are steep with no banisters. There is 1 sofa-bed 140cm wide in the living room, where you also find a TV (42"). The small kitchen is well-equipped (small oven with 2 stove plates, coffee maker, water boiler, toaster). Your own bathroom has a shower and heated floors. In the beautiful garden that you share with us (your hosts) you find a large swimmingpool. All use of the pool is at your own risk. The pool is open from mid-May to mid September. The house was built 10 years ago and is in top condition. Guest access 4 beds: 1 double mattress on the sleeping loft (180cm wide) and one sofa bed (140cm wide). Bathroom with shower. Kitchen with dining table (4 chairs). Living room area with TV. The use of the swimming pool is strictly at your own risk and responsibility. The swimming pool is 1.2 - 1.6m deep so absolutely no diving with your head first. Other things to note As mentioned, we advice all our guests to have a car as the house is situated in the countryside. This is especially important during winter time.
