There are currently a total of individual rentals at this property. There is a unit above, and a unit below this rental. Also the backyard is a shared space, for guests on the property, Housekeepers, maintenance men, and Haute Hospitality Team members. You may see individuals from time to time in passing. Very similar to a small Bed & Breakfast/ Inn. Parking for the Flat guests is on the right hand side of the driveway. This is an old New England style home, noise travels easily.
