The space Perfect for large groups, this well-equipped property offers 8 comfortable bedrooms: Rooms 1-4: Twin beds Rooms 5&6: Double beds Room 7: Twin beds Room 8: King bed Each bedroom includes a wardrobe, bedside table, lamp, chair, fresh bedding, and towels to ensure a comfortable stay. Living Room - A spacious living room with sofas, coffee tables, a TV, books, and games for everyone to enjoy. Kitchen/Dining Area - A fully equipped kitchen featuring an induction hob, oven, large fridge/freezer, and two dishwashers, along with all the essential cookware, utensils, and cutlery for 16 guests. The space also includes a spacious dining table. Utility Room - An adjacent utility room with two washing machines, two tumble dryers, an iron & ironing board, drying racks, spare towels, and extra cleaning products. Bathroom - On the left side, there are two toilet cubicles, a urinal, and a single sink with a shaver/toothbrush charging station. On the right side, there is a twin sink area with three private shower cubicles. Family Friendly Amenities - We offer a travel cot, two highchairs, and a baby bath, all available for your convenience, ensuring a comfortable stay for families with young children. Outdoor Courtyard – Relax in your private courtyard, ideal for outdoor dining and drinks during the summer months. It features a gas BBQ, two benches, and a comfortable seating area. Safety and Accessibility - Fire exits and fire extinguishers at both ends and throughout the building with a ramp for wheelchair access at the rear of the building. A fantastic space for group getaways, family reunions, or corporate stays! Guest access Enjoy easy private access at the front of the building, with ample parking available for cars, vans, and buses both on-site and in the surrounding area. A ramp for wheelchair access is available at the rear of the building for easy access. Other things to note The Old Dairy is set on a working farm where large machinery is regularly in use, and there's an active repair workshop nearby. Because of this, you can expect to see farm workers on-site between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. We’re also happy to welcome well-behaved pets! There is a small fee of £10 per pet to help cover additional cleaning costs. We kindly ask that pets are kept off the sofas and beds, and please note that we cannot be held responsible for your pets during your stay. Our accommodation can comfortably sleep up to 16 guests. We do not accept bookings for more than 16 guests at a time due to insurance requirements.
