The space This private room is designed for families and/or friends. The rustic queen bed sleeps 2 and a full-size pullout sofa is available for additional sleeping space. This is perfect with 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children but might feel cramped otherwise. This comfortable setup gives you a homey feel. Free cable with all premium channels and high-speed internet included with a big HDTV mounted on exposed brick and free WiFi. The house also has Xfinity Home Security and ADT with cameras around the outside of the house. This room is full of fun and games and provides access to the deck that overlooks the yard. Guests will enjoy the lush backyard with metal sculpture and fountain, designed and built by sculptor Lee Kelly. Decks throughout to enjoy the amazing yard and partial view of the city. Guests are within walking distance of the International Test Rose Gardens and the Japanese Gardens. Within minutes of shopping and fine restaurants downtown. Guest access Guests will have full access to the backyard and decking, though the top floor of the deck is for photos only. The guests have their own entry that is separate from the main house. Each listing has its own lock and numeric keypad entry. The shared space is the hallway/ common area with Portland maps and guides. Other things to note The Pricing of this room is double occupancy. Add $10 per night for up to 4 people. This room is fully self-contained. You enter through a shared door with other guests but are encouraged to use the other door on the balcony once you have checked in for maximum privacy. This space is two private rooms with locks. There is no access to the main house where the family stays. The family does access the common areas of the space randomly and it is wise to remember that even though you feel secluded, there are people who frequent the common areas, and dressing appropriately is requested. No pets are allowed on the property, regarding any assistance animals our staff and our homeowners have animal allergies. Though we fully appreciate the vital necessity of assistance animals to those who need them, our listing cannot accommodate them. We are truly sorry that our particular circumstances preclude the accommodation of such animals. Boly House has two rooms available. If available, both rooms can be reserved together.
