Modern vacation home for families and surfers

Our private cottage 'Like.Nordisk' is furnished in Scandinavian style and has a great sunny garden with sandbox and swing. It impresses with: - a family friendly interior - an open living & dining area with fireplace - 2 bathrooms - a converted attic - own parking space with carport - new gas grill The vacation home is located in the middle of the island. From here you can quickly get to all vacation destinations, beaches, surf spots and shopping. The space On the first floor there is an open living and dining area with direct access to the garden and terrace. The kitchen offers a stove, dishwasher, large refrigerator including freezer and espresso machine. The dining room has a nice big dining table that can seat up to 8 people (high chairs for the kids). In the living room there is a comfortable couch, a reading chair and a Smart TV. The fireplace provides cozy warmth on cold days. In addition, there is a Bluetooth box for music from your phone/tablet. On the second floor, in addition to the main bathroom, there are 3 bedrooms - one of which is a double bed (1.60m), two 90cm single beds, a children's bunk bed. A children's travel bed and a fall-out protection are also available. Another bedroom with a 1.80m double bed is in the converted pointed arch. Here there is also a small reading corner with great views of the adjacent fields. The fenced garden offers plenty of space to play, with swing, sandbox, slide, Bobby Car, Tippi tent and Co. The terrace has plenty of space for sociable summer evenings or a few hours of sun on the lounger. The carport also offers plenty of space for surfing equipment Other things to note We will have to charge the visitor's tax of 1,50- €/day p.p. in the low season and 2,30- €/day p.p. in the high season (mid-May to mid-September) to every guest over 18 years of age and will forward these fees to the city of Fehmarn. If required, a linen package can be purchased. This includes bed linen as well as a shower towel and a towel. In addition, we provide 2 bath mats and 2 tea towels. It costs 15€ per person.
