Apartment located in the heart of Colonia San Benito (Zona Rosa). The apartment has two rooms, bright, cozy and has all the necessary amenities. Nearby we can find all kinds of entertainment such as restaurants, museums, bars, shopping centers, banks, etc. at the same time it is a very safe and quiet area. The space The apartment is fully equipped with the comfort and enjoyment of the guest. It has a bedroom with a king bed and a spacious sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen has all the necessary utensils for your use. Spacious and comfortable bath. The apartment has two environments . Two TVs one in the bedroom and another in the living room ( smart TV) , Wi-Fi, cable service, safe, iron and iron, kitchenete , coffee maker , refrigerator, microwave oven. We have a laundry room ( washing and drying machine) for the use of all the tenants. Guest access In the apartment building we have a rooftop pool. It is also counted for use by tenants with a laundry room ( washer and dryer ). The building has a city-view gym. The building has its own parking lot which has no cost for the tenants. As well as, it is also provided with an additional cost of transportation to the airport as well as taxi service.
