The enclosed one-room apartment with its four skylights in the cozy roof slopes offers a beautiful view over the treetops of the north. It consists of a living/dining area with a large sofa that can be used as a guest bed, a kitchenette equipped with a stove, sink and refrigerator (incl. coffee machine, dishes, cutlery, pots/pans) and a sleeping area (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) with a full double bed (queen size bed 180 x 200). Connected to this is a small bathroom with shower, sink and toilet (linen and towels are provided). The dining area is equipped with a folding table that seats up to four people. A flat-screen TV is available in the living area and one in the sleeping area. The junction (RE-Nord / Oer Erkenschwick) of the A 43 is about 3 km away and is easy to reach; free parking is available at the house. The bus stop is right outside the front door. From here, the bus and main train station can be reached in four minutes The Bundesliga stadiums are located at the following distances: Schalke Arena 14 km, Signal Iduna Park Dortmund 28 km, Rewirpowerstadion Bochum 17 km and Stadium Duisburg 38 km.
