PLEASE NOTE: The Old Library is a charming little room with a queen bed, private bath with shower, basic kitchenette, and back door leading into our hotel gardens. It is a separate, small building that is attached to our 115-year-old classic Territorial hotel. No TV. The rate is for room only; breakfast is an optional additional charge of $20 per person, plus tax. Our menu is all vegetarian. Our other Airbnb room is called The Sweetheart. The space The room includes an antique settee. You may use our dining and parlor areas just outside the room. Bathroom is small with a corner shower. Kitchenette includes bar sink, small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and basic dishes. Internet is rural and not very fast but it works! You are welcome to enjoy our hotel library. Guest access This is a ground-floor room connected to a historic small hotel. Guests in wheelchairs have stayed in it, but the bathroom is small and tight and requires some ability to stand and turn. On-street parking right outside the hotel's front door is usually available. Duncan is a town of 700 in a historic farming and mining district, along the Gila River. It's a safe and pleasant town for walks and light shopping. Other things to note We MAY allow pets if we have prior notice. We will change rugs and bedding to older items if pets are expected.
