Modern thatched cottage on the Focker Strom

We rent out our modern thatched-roof house, which was completed in 2017 and is picturesquely located directly on the Focker Stream. The furnishings are modern, in Scandinavian style and generously furnished. From now on, we will cover all Airbnb fees, which means that you as guests will no longer pay the 15% Airbnb service fees, but we will cover them. This change was made by Airbnb. We therefore had to increase our prices by this 15%. For you, this means: You have de facto NO price increase Other things to note Hooray: from now on (September 2020) there is fast and unlimited Internet via fiber optic expansion. Since I live in Munich myself, I cannot offer the laundry service myself but have outsourced it to the caretaker service. This service is a laundry package for €10: per person and per week with: 3 towels + bed linens. The bedding is in a simple design and made of microfiber. If you value your own comfort here, please take your laundry with you. Please just let me know if you want to book the laundry package. New duvet covers, pillows and mattresses are of course provided. Firewood can also be obtained from the caretaker. The different frequencies of the nearby bridge and directly adjacent road can be perceived as disturbing depending on the time of day and season. However, we have only received corresponding feedback once.
