Family apartment in the basement right on the dike

Our house is only 200 m from the dike. The swimming and surfing beach "Grüner Brink" is only about 1 to 1.5 km away, an extra dog beach is 800 m away. If you are looking for peace and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle in Burg, you have come to the right place. Our apartment, which was completely renovated in 2025, has 6 sleeping places, including in a large box spring bed. This includes a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a new large bathroom with walk-in shower. The space Our apartment is located in the basement, but still offers plenty of light with 2 large windows! It was completely renovated by us in 2024 and 2025, the heating is now provided by modern underfloor heating, the bathroom was completely renovated, a new larger kitchen with dishwasher was added and the living/dining room and bedroom were also completely renovated. In the bedroom, you will now find a large box spring bed (180 x 200 cm) and an upholstered bed with a size of 90 x 200 cm, which can also be used as a sofa during the day. In the living room there are 3 more sleeping places, on the one hand in the fold-out closet bed and on the other hand on the large sofa bed with a cozy topper (also 180 x 200 cm). In the living room, you can relax on 2 rocking chairs and take a look at the cozy artificial fireplace. This apartment is ideal for families. Bed linens and towels can currently be rented from us for a fee of €27 per person. One dog costs an extra 5 euros per night. Bed covers and towels must be brought along or can be booked with us for 27 euros per set. Please let us know in advance of arrival. In the large garden, the children and/or dogs have plenty of space to play. The area is completely fenced. Barbecue facilities are available there. A beautiful children's playground is located directly on the beach "Grüner Brink". There the water is particularly shallow and therefore very popular with families. High chairs and a children's travel bed can be borrowed from us free of charge on request. Guest access On the ground floor there is a large room where surfing material can be stored and dried. There, the washing machine and dryer can also be used for a small fee. There is a separate sink in the garden house that anglers can use for their catch. Please clean it hygienically afterwards! Other things to note Please note that the city of Fehmarn charges a tourist tax of €1.50 per night in the low season and €2.30 per night in the high season (05/15 - 09/14) for all adults.
