En-suite Dble Room Annexe in Ashurst New Forest

Charming room in a peaceful location just 5 minutes walk from Ashurst New Forest Train Station, and a 10 walk away from being deep in the Forest. There are many local pubs and eateries & & shops and a bus stop at the end of the road for buses towards Southampton, Lyndhurst or Lymington, with links to explore the region and a short train journey will take you to Bournemouth for the beaches! There is so much to explore in the New Forest all year round and Ashurst is a great base to explore from. The space The annexe is a comfortable double room with King Size antique brass bed. Cotton sheets and towels , there are 2 feather and 2 non feather pillows, non feather duvet and extra blankets in the wardrobe . Please note room only , we do not provide breakfast There are tea and coffee making facilities. There is a small, silent fridge and a large TV with freeview & DVD player. We have put a small Folding Table and chair under the bed should you wish yo sit at a table - there’s a table cloth and place matts with them too. There is WiFi & small selection of Dvds to enjoy while you are here. Just outside the entrance there is a small patio area for you with a table & chairs . You will find small welcome complimentary soap, shower gel and shampoo in the shower room for your first night. There is ample room for you to park directly in front of the annexe (it is an annexe within the main house but with its own private entrance to the left side of the house) PLEASE NOTE NO PET ALLERGIES PLEASE. we have a cat and although hes not allowed in the annexe we cannot guarantee he never slips in! it is impossible to be certain there wont be some transfer of cat hair. Guest access Just your room & bathroom and the little patio area directly outside the annexe door. Also parking in front of the house as indicated on the left by the gate to the annexe . You will need to contact us for access details for your arrival Other things to note We are occasionally early risers and try to be as quiet as possible. We are not always at home but contactable on our phones . We have a cat so we suggest NO ONE W PET ALLERGIES BOOKS Please note There are no cooking facilities
