House near the sea with incredible 180-degree sea view

Hi, come and spend a summer week in our wonderful house with 180-degree sea views and close to swimming areas that are almost always empty. The house has a large plot and because it is the last one on the road, it has hardly any visibility, which gives a calm and exclusive feeling. We also lend out kayaks with which you can paddle out to uninhabited islands nearby or why not a seal safari early mornings. The island also offers many excursions in the area, Åstol, Dyrön, Skärhamn, Pilane etc. The space The house has three bedrooms, (beds: 140, 140 and 2 x 80 cm bunk bed), as well as a living room with sofa bed (140 cm). In the living room, there is also a large screen to connect HDMI to and a fireplace. Kitchen with dishwasher, dining area and great view of the sea and the small archipelago outside. We have outdoor furniture and lounge furniture for dinners and hanging out outdoors on the terrace or backyard under infrared heat. Shower, toilet, washing machine. You will have the house to yourselves and the small cottage on the plot will be locked. Guest access The house is a one-story house with the exception of the living room, which is one step down. The entrance is 2 steps up. The toilet is small. The house has no general handicap adaptations unfortunately. Other things to note There may be a shortage of water, so please be economical.
