Waterfront Main House & Guest Cottage- Casco Bay, So. Harpswell.

PLEASE READ ALL THESE DETAILS CAREFULLY. Minimum stay is 3 nights. The cottages are completely furnished except Renters agree to provide their own sheets, pillow cases, and towels. (Larger Cottage: 1 king, 1 queen, 2 bunkbeds. Smaller Cottage: 2 twins & a queen sleeper sofa). If this is too cumbersome you may make an inquiry to the owner for other arrangements which may be possible for an additional fee. CLEANING. We are having trouble getting cleaning help. There is a cleaning fee that is refundable if the cottage(s) are left neat and clean. Owner will leave instructions. Check-out time is 12 noon. Check-in time is 3:00 PM. The FLOAT/DOCK goes into the water in mid to late May and comes out in mid September. RATES. The rent quoted for May/June & September/October is just for the larger cottage; if you wish also to rent the smaller cottage during your stay, please contact the owner. In July and August the cottages are rented together. LARGER COTTAGE is at the water's edge with 180 degree vistas of water & islands from large windows & side deck. Privacy, sunny exposure (southeast). One floor living with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath w/ tub and shower, large kitchen, living room, dining area, sun room, and laundry facilities. King bed; Queen bed in room with bunk beds. The GUEST COTTAGE is set back from the water with water views from all rooms and 2 decks. Bedroom on second floor; on first floor 1 bath w/ shower, kitchen, living room with cathedral ceiling & dining area. Convertible couch on first floor. OUTDOOR BBQ & picnic area, hammock in sheltered area w/ water view, outdoor & indoor showers. This is a DEEP WATER property with a mooring available for use along with a skiff to row between the mooring and the dock. Both houses are rented TOGETHER during the summer season -- July and August. This is a NON-SMOKING property. The property is located within walking distance of the new and highly acclaimed Dolphin Marina Restaurant. Also Erica's outdoor restaurant. And charter boat service to nearby Eagle Island.
