The 2 bedroom apartments, offer a beautiful area of 40 m² divided between a double bedroom and a living room. The living room opens to a fitted kitchenette (fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher, hob, coffee maker, cooking utensils and dishes) with a table and chairs. A double sofa bed and a flat-screen TV complete the seating area with free wifi. The toilet is separated from the bathroom equipped with shower and bath. Other things to note - Wifi included at the reception and in the accommodation. - Bed linens (beds not made) and bath linens included in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen area, dishes and garbage cans) is optional: 45 euros for the studio (T1), 55 euros for the 2-room accommodation (T2) and 65 euros for the 3-room accommodation (T3). The guest has the choice to clean the place themselves and return the accommodation in perfect condition of cleanliness. - Accommodation deposit €250 per accommodation for any stay from 5 consecutive nights - Cleaning deposit at the final cleaning rate per type of accommodation for any stay. Upon departure, a cleanliness check is carried out before return of the security deposit. Additional charges may apply depending on the condition of the listing. Cash or credit card payment. - Baby bed rental, high chair and bathtub depending on availability: €10 per unit per stay or €5 for the bathtub. Baby beds are umbrella beds (mattresses and sheets not provided for hygiene reasons). - Pet: €10 per night per pet. Maximum 2 pets per accommodation. Pets kept on a leash in public areas. Vaccination notebook required Dogs 1st and 2nd category prohibited. - Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: €19 per service requested before arrival, subject to availability (not bookable for stays in July and August). - As a general rule, our receptions are open daily from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. (7 p.m. or 8 p.m. in high season in July and August). The reception may be closed on Wednesdays all day and on Sunday afternoons in low season. Details can be found in the services of each residence. Report your scheduled arrival time in advance. Any arrival outside the opening hours of the reception is subject to a special key exchange procedure. Otherwise, access to the accommodation is not guaranteed.
