Make yourself at home at our home in Gualaceo! Our house is furnished and fully equipped for anyone visiting our town. Located one block from the main street where you can find all kinds of restaurants and transportation. Also located a block away is the lovely Rio Santa Barbara where families get together. The space This house offers 3 bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms, secure parking. We also have a hall in between the bedrooms with a huge skylight offering natural light and a place to take in sun. We just added a pool table to our terrace as well providing an area to hang out. Guest access Terrace Other things to note Wifi- There is a scannable sheet on the second floor with the wifi login. Housekeeping- There is a flat fee of $20 for the cleaning prior and after your stay. If you have an extended stay and would like to have the house cleaned during your stay, please let us know when booking and we can make arrangements. Parking- We currently only offer street parking. There is a spot for a small car but please message us in advance to confirm the spot is available. Security Camera- There is one camera on the property facing the street for security. If any issues arise, please contact us directly through the app or the number listed in the app. The person giving you the keys is only in charge of the key.
