VILLA, WINE and GARDEN

Be our guests! We offer accommodation for up to 5 people in a separate apartment in a historic villa with large terrace and garden. The location is centrally located in the Lindenau district and well connected to public transport. On the street side, we run a small wine shop. You are just as welcome there as in our guest apartment. We will gladly give you advice and tips about our city over a glass of wine. Looking forward to seeing you soon! The space The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of a listed villa and has its own entrance. It is bright, modernly designed and equipped to a high standard with oak parquet, gray stoneware tiles and underfloor heating. Up to 5 people can be accommodated here. There are two bedrooms. One with a double bed, which is right next to the master bathroom with large walk-in shower. The second bedroom is located behind the living room and has a comfortable single bed and/or a large sofa bed. Another small bathroom with a toilet and sink is available. In the large living room there is a fully equipped fitted kitchen, a dining table and a large sofa. One more person could sleep here. As further highlights, we can offer our guests their own large terrace and a fireplace in the living area. Thus, we think we can make your stay with us even more attractive. See you soon! Guest access The entrance is through the private courtyard. We always welcome our guests personally. Depending on the season, a large terrace is available for your use. If needed, we can rent up to three simple bicycles for a fee to explore the city, park and Neuseen landscape. Other things to note Free parking is available on the street side in front of the property. For a smaller/normal car, we can offer a parking space in our closed yard by arrangement. The driveway is quite narrow. The price when booking for 2 people refers to the use of a bedroom with a double bed. If two separate rooms are desired for 2 people, we can gladly offer both bedrooms as single rooms for a one-time surcharge of €30.00. We ask you to arrange this with us in advance. Since April 1, 2023, the city of Leipzig has been charging an accommodation tax of 5% per guest, which is not included in the booking price and must be paid separately. We ask for your attention and direct payment upon arrival. Thanks for understanding!
