The space A PRIVATE (not shared) first floor detached Guest House newly renovated with new furniture, bath and kitchen. Kitchen includes a full size range, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. King-sized bed with luxury bed linens (1250 thread count & premium 100% Turkish) cotton bath towels and Parador spa bath robes. Central heating and AC that you control! Guest access The unit is the entire one floor, freestanding detached Guest House and is PRIVATE (not shared) space. Access can be from the front door (1047 E. Long Street) OR There is fenced, private, assigned parking in the back and accessed through the garden gate door. Parking is accessible from the alley immediately south of the main house. Drive through the open gates and park to the left or in any open space. The gate and BOTH front and back doors have electronic locks. Other things to note Wash and dryer is a stack unit just inside the bedroom closet. A few Tide pods and dryer sheets will be available for your use.
