Luxury vacation home with wellness in the Ardennes

Check-out on Sundays until 8 p.m., all other days at 10 a.m. Beautiful vacation home for as many as 18 people in the Belgian Ardennes, surrounded by nature and with a beautiful view over the valley. In addition, there are many hiking and biking opportunities (maps available), and you can kayak beautifully on the nearby Lesse River. The space This new building with luxurious finish features a fully fenced garden, one covered & one open terrace with BBQ facilities. There are also various extras such as a spacious Jacuzzi, sauna, pool table, pétanque and table tennis. Our vacation home is decorated with the necessary attention and equipped with the necessary luxury and facilities to fully relax: wood stove, underfloor heating, various lounge sets, garden benches, dimmable LED lighting, WiFi music system and a warm interior (wood, natural stone, ...) Home layout Floor -1: * Relaxation area: Jacuzzi - sauna - shower - pool table - bar - lounge with TV * Fenced garden with petanque court, covered terrace with ping pong table and lounge * Bedroom 1: Double bed (160cm) + bunk bed (90cm) with private bathroom Floor 0: * Living room - dining area - fully equipped kitchen - toilet * Large terrace with barbecue (charcoal) * Bedroom 2: Double bed (160cm) + single bed (90cm) with private bathroom Floor +1: * Bedroom 3: Double bed (160cm) + single bed (90cm) with private bathroom * Bedroom 4: Double bed (160cm) with private bathroom * Bedroom 5: Double bed (160cm) with private bathroom * Bedroom 6: double bed (160cm) + 2x single bed (90cm) with private bathroom *For coffee, there is both a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso machine (small cups). ***The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and washing dishes. Oil and spices are not provided. Guest access The house is fully and only accessible to our guests. Check-out is always at 10 a.m., except on Sundays, when check-out is allowed at 8 p.m. The (normal) consumption of water/gas/electricity/wood is included in the total price. Charging electric cars is not considered normal consumption. There is a charging station available for our guests with EVs & PHEVs. Please use only the charging station for charging the car. This is a vacation home, not a bed & breakfast, nor a hotel. Bath towels, shampoo and soap are not provided. The beds are provided with hygienic protective material.
