Brand new home with an attached private king size suite. Private entrance and parking. Located right in the heart of all the local hot spots such as horseshoe bend, antelope canyon and lake Powell. Our room, although attached to our home, does have a private entrance with private parking right outside the door. Inside you will find a cozy king size bed, full coffee station, full bathroom with nice plush towels. We do not offer laundry or kitchen amenities. Please note, there is no microwave in the room either. The room has its own heating/cooling unit to ensure that guests can control their own comfort level. Check in time is 2 p.m. With check out time being 10 a.m. No parties. no drugs. Quiet time is 10:00 p.m. Guest has a private entrance with a key pad to enter room. We have guest parking conveniently located right outside guest door. With the room being so private you most likely won’t even see us. However, we love meeting new people so feel free to come chat if we’re out and about. We’re always available for any needs, wants or concerns. Communication can be through the air bnb messaging thread, text message or a simple knock at the front door. We are located in a new custom home neighborhood. All of the neighbors are more than friendly and happy to help in any situation! We feel we live in a very safe and trust worthy area of town. We’re located just a couple of miles from “down town page” and where most of the restaurants are located. Easy access to all of the surrounding hot spots via car, motorcycle or bike. We do have 3 children who are currently home throughout the day, squealing and laughing is inevitable on the other side of the wall. The guest suite is double framed and heavily insulated but not sound proof. Our home winds down by 8 p.m. We are absolute dog lovers (we have 2 that will most likely greet you at the gate.) however, for the sake of future guests we can not accept animals.
