Two double-bedrooms apartment with amazing terrace

This property is 12 min. walk from a free sandy beach. The touristic complex "Residence Oleandro", is of about 20 accommodations, is at 5-min. drive from the historic centre of Pietra Ligure (italian Riviera). It features 2 outdoor pools, one of which includes a hydro-massage area with sea view. This is the "Finale-Oudoor-Region" a paradise for Mtb lovers! Bike shuttle is available nearby and guests traveling with their own bike will find a dedicated space to store it, clean it and repair it. The space The apartments like this, offer a furnished big balcony or terrace, with view of pool or garden. There is a living room with a kitchen corner, a modern Tv 32", and a sofa-bed that can be opened and develops 1 or 2 single beds. There are two bedrooms at your disposal, in each there is a double queen bed. The complete bathroom has a shower, a window and a travel hairdryer. Bath towels and bed linen are provided at the arrival. More changes are on request and at extra costs. You can bring your own kitchen linen. The air conditioning / heating are indipendent and they are available upon request and at an extra charge (there is a dedicated counter who help to save energie). Guest access The guests have also access to a garden with barbecue facilities and a children’s playground. It features with 2 modern outdoor pools (both unheated): - the "Fun Pool" is a family welcome pool, here is permitted to play ball and have fun with kids (open from the middle of April till the end of October). - the "Zen Pool" is an adult only pool, here the relax is in the air and you can also take a bath (watching the sea) in the hydro-massage area (open from the middle of June till the end of October). There is a winebar, a coffeshop and a playground area, the 3-stars "Residence Oleandro" has an extern bike rental service and offers discounts to a private beach nearby. The nearest supermarket is a modern Lidl at 6 minutes walk (600 meters). Other things to note On request (not included) to pay on-site: - Pets allowed with an extra fee of 10€ /night (max 1). - Daily delivery of fresh bread, croissants and milk. - Cot / high chair € 5 /Night. - Daily cleaning with change of bath towels. - Babysitting service and use of washing machines in the laundry. - You can also have a typical "Italian Breakfast in the Bar" based of local product. - Early check-in, apartment available from the morning of arrival day (50% of the apartment's daily rate). - Late check-out, apartment available throughout the day of departure until the evening (50% of the apartment's daily rate). - Independent Daikin air conditioning, which is equipped with an energy meter to avoid unnecessary use (payment on departure). - The sea view position, if still available has an extra daily fee to pay on site.
