You’ll love my place, good for solo adventurers and business travelers looking for a quiet space. Hotel-like. Queen sized bed with premium bedding-hypoallergenic. Contemporary walnut sliding barn doors, 4K Ultra high def smart TV; watch from bed or the chaise. Sennheiser headphones for night owl listening. Private bathroom/shower/fridge/freezer and microwave. Comfy chaise and ottoman w/food tray; large desk work space. Light, airy & spacious. Please-quiet hours after 10 pm. The space NOTE: Worried about Covid? It is clinically proven to remove particles as small as .0024 microns in size. This is one of the cleanest and safest places you can possibly be during this time. It’s quite spacious but at the same time very quiet and private. I’ve had people tell me it's like staying in a hotel. I include a few waters, energy drinks and snacks available for purchase for guests again so it feels like staying in a hotel. Any support is of course greatly appreciated. Guest access The entire downstairs is yours. The only time you will see me or my mom down there is to use the laundry room. The kitchen is accessible for filtered water and coffee/tea in the mornings. These are complimentary. Longer-term guests can make arrangements to cook using the utensils in the kitchen. (Please note that you have your own refrigerator and microwave in your suite.) The kitchen refrigerator and non-tea/coffee food items are off limits. Guests are expected to clean up after themselves and to supply their own food. Other things to note NO DOGS OR CATS ALLOWED! I have a cat and, and the presence of another cat or dog is very stressful. This is NOT the place for a romantic getaway with your significant other. It’s also NOT the place for partying with your bro’s. If you’re looking for either of these things, please consider booking elsewhere.
