Resting on a corner lot, blocks from The Pioneer Woman Mercantile, a wonderfully renovated 1925 Craftsman home. You will find luxury throughout, with four bedrooms, three and a half baths. Relax in a rocking chair on the front porch, or in the privacy of the backyard with a fire pit and gas grill. Enjoy the charm of the 1900s & luxury of today. From the minute you step on the welcoming front porch, you won’t want to leave. You will find luxury throughout the warm and inviting interiors reminiscent of the prairie landscape and the history of Oklahoma. Fine linens and a king size bed adorn each bedroom. The master suite is separate from the other bedrooms. A shower, soaking tub, and walk-in closet complete the master suite, while French doors open to the spacious and private backyard. Plush towels, and all the essentials, are provided in each bathroom. Three bedrooms share two hall baths, both have showers, and one includes a soaking tub. All of the bathrooms have walk-in showers. The kitchen is well supplied. For the start of your day, there is also a coffee & tea bar. There is plenty of space in the open living and eating area for everyone to gather. Whether dining, watching TV, listening to music, playing games, or putting your feet up, there is something for everyone. The laundry room includes a new washer and dryer, along with necessities. For your convenience, the back house has folding chairs, ice chests, picnic blankets, baskets, etc. There is adequate parking in the front and back driveways. It is pronounced with a long E (REE-vard). We consider it our own personal shout out to The Pioneer Woman. We have been dying to say that! There is parking in town, but enjoy the walk, it is just a few blocks. Guests will be charged for damages and any breakage.
