Located just 1 hour and 5 minutes from Paris by train and close to Fontainebleau, this spacious house is ideal for accommodating two couples with children and sharing large convivial tables. The house consists of two levels: Raised ground floor (accessible by a staircase): ◦ A bedroom with a double bed (120 x 200) and a workspace. ◦ A 30 m² living - dining room with a sofa, TV and piano. ◦ A bathroom with bathtub. ◦ An equipped kitchen: 4-burner hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, Italian coffee makers, toaster and microwave. ◦ A separate toilet. Upstairs: ◦ A first bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200). ◦ A second bedroom, with a double bed (140 x 200) and a single bed. This room also serves as a children's playroom, with a TV area and DVD player. ◦ Two bedrooms in a row, ideal for children, each equipped with two single beds. These beds can be brought together to create a family space suitable for a couple and two children. ⚠️ Important note: The staircase is not equipped with a safety barrier for young children. Please take this into account to avoid any risk of accident. Basement: ◦ Laundry area with washing machine and dryer. If you rent linens and towels, please leave them in front of the washing machine upon departure. ◦ Bicycles, scooters and children's games. Baby equipment (cots, strollers, deckchairs, etc.) is also available upon request. A garden for relaxing moments 🌿 The 350 m² garden surrounds the house and offers many spaces for socializing: • A large table and two small tables, adjustable according to the shade or the sun. • A swing, a children's hut and some sun loungers to relax. • Nature lovers will enjoy walks in the nearby forest. Other things to note We are delighted to welcome you to our family home. To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please read the following rules: Respect for the premises ▪ The house is inhabited year-round, it is not a house intended only for rent or a secondary residence. Please respect the privacy and belongings of the person who usually resides there. Housekeeping ▪ We do not charge a cleaning fee. We therefore count on you to leave the house clean and tidy. If you don't have the time or desire to take care of cleaning, a cleaning fee is available for €80. You will be charged this fee if the cleaning is not deemed satisfactory. ▪ Before you leave, please empty the dishwasher. Waste ▪ The municipality has strict rules on waste management. Please respect the sorting in order to avoid fines that would be charged to you in case of non-compliance. ▪ Please bring bottles and glass waste to the recycling container before you leave. Linens ▪ Sheets and towels are not included. If necessary, you can rent them for €20/person. ▪ If you rent the linens, please leave the sheets and towels in front of the washing machine, in the laundry area, before your departure.
