We are 20 to 30 minutes (depending on traffic) from Zion National Park and world-class hiking. Also close proximity to Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Lake Powell, Cedar Breaks National Monument. The guest bedrooms are downstairs, you have access to a guest refrigerator, microwave, utensils and dining table. We are not a pet friendly Airbnb. Guest access Private bedroom with access to a bathroom shared with other guests. During your stay Generally we are available to assist you throughout your stay. On occasion we are unavailable due to personal responsibilities. Should you need something while we are not there please text or call and should you have any questions please feel free to ask. We are an active family who's days start early and while we try to maintain a quiet atmosphere during quiet hours sometimes life happens. Other things to note ~ There is a $15 fee to Check in after 10PM. Our check in window is 4PM to 10PM. ~No smoking permitted on the property. ~No shoes beyond the front entrance. ~To ensure I'm home to greet you, when you arrive, include your ETA with your request or anytime before your arrival. ~* Please note for the added safety of the host's family and our AirBnB guests there are a security cameras at the front door, throughout the upstairs and at the bottom of the stairs. These cameras record all activity to include audio 24x7x365. ~Recommended Check-in Time: Before 9:00 pm Mountain Time * This allows time to get settled in and retire for an early morning departure for Zion hiking trails, to benefit from the morning hike coolness period between 6:00 am-10:00 am. ~If arranging for Trail-Head Shuttle Service to The Narrows [Park Permit & Canyoneer Repelling Skills Required] or other Trail-Head Locations, requires leaving La Verkin no later than 5:00 AM high season and 7:00 AM low season. ~No Perishable Foods in Room ~ Please park on the street in front of our home. ~We are a family of six with a private spare bedroom and bathroom (which you are renting). We do have a small dog that is hypoallergenic and loves people. he is well socialized and will greet you at the door and if you choose to pet him he will gladly allow you do so. ~Feel free to ask any questions, if I don't know I will try to find the answer for you. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~Early check-in is available for you to drop off your luggage prior to a fun filled day in Zion National Park.
