A former luxury trimming workshop, this singular building was erected on the model of medieval castles. Entirely built of stone, it combines authenticity, simplicity and raw charm. Inside, three habitable levels have been arranged in a variety of styles, offering a warm and inspiring atmosphere. The estate is designed as a friendly and accessible space, conducive to rest, reunions with friends, or unique moments of celebration. The space The space revolves around several warm and bright spaces. It includes a first living room, seven suites with private bathrooms, all different from each other. A spacious and functional kitchen and an extensive panoramic terrace that leads directly to a second living room bathed in light, offering 360-degree views of the sea and surrounding landscapes. All the rooms, as well as the two terraces, enjoy stunning sea views. The second, more intimate terrace overlooks the strawberry fields and is a perfect spot to watch an unforgettable sunset. The floor is distinguished by atypical decoration, with old-fashioned charm, inspired by the castles of the Middle Ages, a unique mixture of authenticity and character.
